When my parcel will be shipped after placing an order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, except the peak seasons they may take a little bit longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.Please note that tracking information is available within 2-5 days after shipping.

We do not keep any sensitive information in our database like your credit cards or other financial info, except your name, email and shipping address to process and follow-up your orders.
